Floyd and Ruby Dye Endowed Scholarship

Established in 2021 by Dr. Linda Dye in memory of her parents. The scholarship is to be awarded to one freshmen student enrolled full-time in any major and is renewable. Preference is given to a resident of Elbert County, Georgia. If no one is qualified, the second preference shall be a first-generation freshman student.
