Duke Energy Nursing Scholarship

Scholarship will be awarded annually to a junior or senior as reviewed by College of Nursing for all qualified applicants. The recipient should be a resident of South Carolina with a minimum GPA of 2.75. Selection will focus on students who are service oriented, possess a strong work ethic, and have a passion for compassionate care recognizing these attributes don’t always correlate to the highest GPA. If award is made to a junior, the scholarship is renewable for senior year provided criteria is met. In the event the recipient does not have financial need in senior year, the scholarship will go to a qualifying junior.
