Kaitlyn Rector Memorial Scholarship

Established in memory of Kaitlyn Rector 2015 Lander nursing honors graduate by her parents, Robbie and Tracey Rector. Initial award of $500 for academic year 2018-19. Award to be given at no less than $500 level ($250 each semester) each academic year as endowment grows. Criteria- Nursing Major-may be awarded to student upon acceptance into the Lander Nursing Program. Priority-graduate of Lexington High School. If no one eligible and identified from Lexington HS, student may be selected from high school within Lexington School Dist #1. If none identified from Dist #1, student may be selected from any high school within any school district of Lexington, SC. GPA of 3.0 and higher. Student must exhibit financial need. School of Nursing to select recipient who exhibits care and compassion as exemplified in Kaitlyn’s life.
