Established by the Rebel Senator Committee through The Lander Foundation. Rebel Senator is a narrative on the life of Strom Thurmond.  Scholarship awarded annually to needy, worthy students of Lander University who are residents of South Carolina. Selection made by appropriate Lander University committee.
