Steve and Carol Byrd Scholarship

The Steve and Carol Byrd Scholarship was established in May, 2007, by Steve and Carol Byrd of Greenwood, South Carolina. A 1957 graduate of Lander University, Steve wanted to help other Lander Students have the opportunity for success in life that he had as a Lander graduate. The Steve and Carol Byrd Scholarship to be awarded annually based on financial need to a student of Greenwood County or the surrounding seven-county area. Must maintain a 2.5 GPA.
