Bessie Allen Lide Scholarship- Student

Established in 1990 in memory of Bessie Allen Lide by her daughter, Dr. Mary Frances Lide (professor emeritus, Lander University).  Two scholarships awarded from fund income (one to a full-time staff member taking course work at Lander University and one to a full-time student at Lander who is a child of a full-time employee of the University). Recipients will be selected on need and merit and must show good scholastic potential. Scholarships will be awarded on an annual basis and students may reapply each year.
