S. Anne Walker & David L. Evans Scholarship

The S. Anne Walker and David L. Evans Scholarship was established in 2004. As a 1972 graduate of Lander University and founding President of the Kappa Tau Chapter of Phi Mu, the first national sorority founded on the Lander campus on March 6, 1971, Anne wanted to help other Phi Mu Presidents attending Lander University. The S. Anne Walker and David L. Evans Scholarship is awarded annually to the current Phi Mu President at Lander University. The scholarship is renewable provided the recipient remains the President of the Kappa Tau Chapter of Phi Mu.
