Margaret "Peggy" Scruggs Andrews Scholarship

Established in 2002 by family and friends to honor Peggy Andrews, a longtime Greenwood resident and homemaker. Peggy came to Lander from her home in Spartanburg. She was elected 1928 May Queen and is an alumnus of Lander. Scholarship will be awarded to education majors who exhibit need, merit, Christian character and commitment and who actively participates in the Lander University Baptist Student Union organization.
