Henry and Patricia Counts Scholarship

Established in 2017 by Henry ’98 and Dorwoah ’99 Counts to honor the memory of his parents. Scholarship is to be a resident of Newberry (1st preference) or Richland County, South Carolina. Recipient must be a nursing major (1st preference) or Sociology major if no Nursing major is eligible for a given year. Recipient must be involved in a student organization on campus and be financially needy. Scholarship is NOT renewable and will be awarded on a yearly basis.
